We always recommend following recommendations that the app gives you, however, sometimes slowing down might be a great idea! Especially when the progress may be a bit slower.
Note; In some cases, such as with women during their menstrual cycles, temporary water weight fluctuations may occur. In these cases we always recommend selecting "repeat the week" to avoid large food cuts.
