Grass-fed protein, however, offers very small yet distinct nutritional advantages. It contains more omega-3 fatty acids, CLA, and potentially less total fat than traditional grain fed animals. HOWEVER, whether or not you choose grass-fed or grain-fed protein will not be the reason you are, or are not, successful. In the grand scheme of dieting, it’s a TINY difference.
