Many factors may contribute to the app crashing, freezing, or long load times.
The following steps are recommended before contacting support. (In fact, they are the first steps support will give you!)
iTunes:
1. Make sure you are on the most recent version of the RP Diet Coach app. The newest version of the app, along with notes, can be found here: iTunes current version 1.21.16
2. Make sure your iOS software is updated to the most recent version.

Note; The RP Diet Coach app requires iOS 12.0 or later.
3. Restart your device
4. Uninstall and Reinstall the app
Make sure to restart your device after uninstalling the app. Your information will not be deleted if the app is uninstalled.
5. If issues persist, please contact App Support.
Google Play:

Note: Cant find the app in the Google Play store? If the RP Diet Coach app cannot be found in the App Store, unfortunately, the app is not available in your geographic region, or may not support the device you are using.
