2023 New Year Transformation Challenge - Entry Instructions

Our 2023 New Year Transformation Challenge has officially begun, and we are excited to see all your submissions! This article is a step-by-step guide, designed to help you properly enter your information. Please read carefully so you don’t disqualify yourself from the challenge.

1. Visit the main RP Website and find "Join | Login" at the top right corner of the page.


2. Log into your account. If you do not have an account, simply create one. 
    Note: Credentials for the RP Diet Coach app may be used to log in as well. 


3.  Once logged in, find your name in the top right corner, and in the dropdown menu select "My RP Portal"


4. On the portal menu: 

    a) Find "MY TRANSFORMATION" from the menu on the left
    b) Select the "For Challenge" tab 
    c) Click "Enter New Challenge" 



5. Attach a "BEFORE" photo by either uploading or dragging it into the photo upload tool. 
Note:  It is important that your photo has all the required information noted in the below example. If ANY of these are missing, your entry will be invalid. 

1. Your ENTIRE body is visible
         That means your head, arms, hands, and feet should all be within the frame. 
2, Good lighting 
         If we can't see you, we can't properly assess your progress. 
3. A news article with the following clearly visible 
     - publication company
     - headline
        Newspaper is preferred but an online article shown on a tablet is acceptable. 
4. A sign that reads "RP January 2023"



6. Make sure to fill out ALL the information in the section below the photo. When completed, click "Preview My Entry" at the bottom of the page. YOU ARE NOT DONE YET. Please see next steps.




7. Make sure to review all your information
    a) Click "I consent to entering this challenge"
    b) Click "ENTER CHALLENGE"



8. If your submission was successful, you should also receive an email that confirms we've received your entry. If you do not see one, please check your spam folder. 

If you have not received an email confirmation, then you have not been entered. Please submit through the portal. If you cannot, please contact customer support at info@rpstrength.com.
