What is your refund policy?

We’re committed to your satisfaction and strive to provide the best experience possible. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of purchase upon request.

 
Please note:
 
  • This guarantee applies to one refund per product per customer and only for purchases made directly on our website. For RP Diet App purchases through the Google Play Store, please contact them directly for refund inquiries. For RP Diet App or RP Hypertrophy App purchases made through the Apple App Store, refunds must go through the Apple App Store as Apple does not give us ANY capacity to manage users and their subscriptions.
  • Refunds do not apply to 1:1 RP coaching services, as these involve personalized time and expertise from our coaches.
  • Due to all apparel items being made to order, all apparel sales are final. We only accept returns for exchange if items are damaged in transit or if we sent you the wrong item. We do not accept returns for exchange or refund for any other reasons.
  • All digital products such as eBooks and Templates are excluded from returns and are considered final sale.
