Our apps may be located in different locations depending on what you are subscribed to. Please see below for navigating where to access your subscription. if you subscribed through your App Store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) then you must manage your subscription through the App Store itself.
If you signed up directly through us, you can manage and find all your subscriptions directly through our app portal HERE. Please be sure to sign in with the email associated with your account. If you do not see any subscriptions and you know you have one, you likely signed in with the wrong email.
If you already subscribed and the app is asking you to pay again, please make sure you are signing in with the exact email you used for your subscription! You can see this email on your invoice. If you still have trouble, reach out to our team at app.support@rpstrength.com and our team can help!
RP Diet Coach App
In order to access the app you can download the app directly through your App Store. Once you download the app, you simply need to ensure that you log into the app with the email you signed up with. If you are not sure what email you used, you should generally be able to identify this by searching your email for the receipt. The email that received the receipt tends to be the email. There may be exceptions. If you used the "Continue with Apple" option to sign into your account this can, at times, create a private apple relay email. This is different than your actual Apple ID which means you will need to sign into the app with hitting this button anytime you are trying to log into the app.
