Who is the RP Hypertrophy App for?

The RP Hypertrophy App is for you if you meet the following criteria: 

  • You are looking to grow muscle and maximize your time spent training for this goal

 

That’s it. If you are looking to make the most out of your training and your aim is to maximize the muscle you are growing, than the app is a great fit for you. If your primary aim is to gain strength, you can certainly still utilize the app but strength is a secondary outcome and not necessarily a primary outcome with using the app. For those looking primarily to maximize strength as their primary objective we generally recommend the Juggernaut AI app here
