Resetting a workout is only possible while the workout is active. Once the session has been marked as complete, the workout can no longer be reset.
To reset a workout, click the 3 dot menu in the top right corner and hit 'reset.'
Can I reset a mesocycle?
Mesocycles cannot be reset. If you were detracted from training and want to restart, you'll want to build a new meso. You can copy the meso over to the next block for easy configuration.
