What to put in the load box?

For putting weight into the app you can take the following strategy for adding in weight into the load box of the app:

Machines: put the weight that you are adding to the machine

Barbell Movements: Include the weight of the barbell in the total load. Example: 45 pound plate on either side. Assume the barbell is 45 pounds. You would put 135 for the load in the load box.

Dumbbell: For all dumbbell movements, whether you are using a single limb or both, put the single dumbbell load. Example: you are using 30 pounds in each hand for a dumbbell flat bench press. You will put 30 into the load box.

Cable: Put the load you see in the load stack of weight into the load box.

Freemotion: Put the load you see in the load stack of weight into the load box.

Body weight: You will not place anything into the load box for a body weight movement, rather your body weight will populate as the load used. You can adjust the body weight two ways. You can click the three dots on the top right of the app and hit "Add Body Weight" or hit the body weight by the movement and edit/adjust the body weight.

Body weight loadable: Load that you are placing onto your body will be added into the load box. Do not include your body weight into this number, only what you are adding.

Machine assistance: You will put the load that is assisting you into the load box. This will adjust over the weeks. If you change your weight, this will be factored into the assistance the app recommends.
