Meal Check-Ins

Throughout the day, you will need to check in your meals, generally after you eat them, so the app can compare the calories you are consuming compared to your weigh-ins against your goal.  Some rules for meal check-ins:

  • Empty meals will assume the given macros when checked in
  • Meals partially filled will show the remaining macros in your day status
  • As long as you are within +/-5 g of each macro in a meal, you are on track and can check in as is

There are several ways you can check in a meal:

  • Click the box to the right of the meal right in the schedule

  • Swipe right on the meal to manually check it in
    • Manually checking in a meal allows you to edit the time and macros for the meal. Only adjust if you didn't eat the macros or at the times given.

In the meal itself click the box in the top right

  • In the meal, click the 3 dot menu to the left of the box and either select to check in the macros as they were given or check in manually
