Saved Meals Vs. Recipes

Saved meals:

You save a meal (the foods, their amounts, and which ones are locked), and then you can apply it to any meal. Locked foods go in at exactly the amount you saved every time. Unlocked foods get auto-adjusted to fit that day’s targets. For example, you may make a meal consisting of beef, rice, and broccoli. However, the rice amounts vary based on when you eat the meal and the diet phase you are in, e.g. eating more after training/in a mass phase, less in maintenance, and less still in a fat loss diet. Lock the beef and broccoli to have those amounts copy exactly as you saved them but leave the rice unlocked. The rice then scales itself whether you’re cutting or massing. Have a go-to post workout shake that never changes? Save it as a meal and lock the food amounts to load it in exactly as planned.

Recipes:

These are more what you would think of when making a family dinner - big, multi-serving meals made from scratch, list on a piece of paper passed down from your great-great-grandparents. Add the full recipe into the app and it will fit the serving size to fit your meal with no need to portion out the individual foods in - just slop it on the plate!
