What is Day Status?

Day Status is a way of assessing where you stand for the day with your macros and calories. If, by the end of the day your Day Status says on track you are good to go! You may find that if totals are not exact at the top, there isn't any need to worry about it especially if it shows you are on track 💪🏻 Day Status appears at the bottom of the screen above the navigation tabs.

You can see that the Day Status and protein are both shared as being on track. If these are shown as being on track you are set for the day after all your meals. You may notice a slight discrepancy where the very top shows you are slightly over on protein and carbs but under on fat. The app is designed to allow for some daily variance and is designed to be flexible.

To reiterate, even if the numbers at the top are not perfect, if your Day Status reflects on "on track" than you are good to go!

Using Day Status and Redistributing your macros

If you are not currently on track for your macros across the day you can redistribute them to other meals. You can see in the image below with the arrow where the redistribute button is located.

When going through the adjustments, you will have the option to shift remaining macros to the remaining meals in the day.

Tap on the meals you want the macros shifted to.

If you have food already filled into those meals, then they likely do not meet the new macros after the adjustment and you will see the "Adjust foods" warning in the top of the meal. You can adjust those meals as you would when you typically build a meal.
