What is Day Status?

Day Status is a way of assessing where you stand for the day with your macros and calories. If, by the end of the day your Day Status says on track you are good to go! You may find that if totals are not exact at the top, there isn't any need to worry about it especially if it shows you are on track 💪🏻

You can see at the bottom, in the highlighted box, of this day that the Day Status and protein are both shared as being on track. If these are shown as being on track you are set for the day after all your meals. You may notice a slight discrepancy where the very top shows you are slightly over on protein and carbs but under on fat. The app is designed to allow for some daily variance and is designed to be flexible.

To reiterate, even if the numbers at the top are not perfect, if your Day Status reflects on "on track" than you are good to go!

Using Day Status and Redistributing your macros

If you are not currently on track for your macros across the day you can redistribute them to other meals. You can see in the image below with the arrow where the redistribute button is located.

Once selecting to redistribute you will be greeted with a screen that looks like the following. You will notice that in the example, the projected Day Status at the bottom protein is on track but calories are over. The redistribute feature will shift macros for the remaining meals to ensure your targets are back on track.

After being retributed, the macros were changed to have calories brought back to being on target.

If there is a meal you do not want to be changed at all with the redistribute feature, simply uncheck the meal and it will not be changed in the redistribute process.

Advanced Settings

If you want more granularity, with having visibility over all macros we have an advanced setting that we do not recommend for most individuals. With that said, you can still have the freedom to see them. Use the steps to navigate below.

  • Hit more on the bottom right, followed by settings.
  • You will then find advanced settings.
  • Hit the toggle to turn on advanced settings
  • You will find that back on the schedule screen all macros are then laid out for you in the Day Status.

To express again, this is not ideal for most individuals and we do not recommend using this specific feature. This is likely best used for those that are highly advanced where every details matters and the difference in winning and losing a competition is a fraction of a percentage difference.
