As you give the app feedback every workout, its recommendations get even better and more precise to your body’s specific needs and responses. There is a wide range of reps that lead to hypertrophy and a great sign that you are doing the work needed, is remaining close to your RIR that is assigned for the set. That being said, if you want to add sets or change the weight the app recommends, you can always do so.
