Do I log warm up sets?

Within the app there is no need to log warm up sets. While this is technically work that you are performing, the warm ups are there to prime you for productive working sets and should not add to your fatigue within the session. Since they are not there with the intend to be productive muscle growing sets, there is no reason to want them to count toward your weekly sets. When logging, simply start with logging your first working sets through your last!
