The app is designed to have you continually ramp up volume within a given cycle of training and ensures that the last week within your mesocycle is a deload week. When setting up your mesocycle, the app automatically places your deload week into the last week meaning if you set up a 6 week cycle of training, your 6th week will be a deload week.
The deload week will move if you change the number of weeks that are in your mesocycle. This means, that if you started with a 5 week mesocycle and you added another week, your deload week will move from your 5th week to the 6th week.
