How can I create an asynchronous split?

If you want to create a training cycle that does not adhere to a certain day of the week, nothing to worry about the app can accommodate it. The app does not pin a training day to a day in the week or calendar day. Instead, the day listed acts as a label. If you did not want to assign a label to a training day as a day of the week, you can adjust the day to "add a label" where it will then list the day as Day 1, 2, 3, etc.

For context on appearance please see below:

When setting up your cycle you will be presented with days at the top.

In order to change the day so that it does not label your training day with a day of the week complete the following:

  1. Hit the drop down menu with the listed day:Screenshot 2025-03-27 at 3.10.54 PM.png
  2. Select "Add a Label"                                          Screenshot 2025-03-27 at 3.11.02 PM.png
  3. Complete for all days in the weekScreenshot 2025-03-27 at 3.11.21 PM.png

These training days still need to be completed in the order they are presented from left to right (Day 1, 2, 3, and 4) but will now be simply listed as Day 1, 2, 3 and 4 as you work through the week.
