Can I do my exercises out of order?

Yes you can, however, it shouldn't be a half hazard decision. If you are crunched for time or someone is using the machine you wanted to use next, you can change the order. For the most optimal results, especially if you’re a competitive athlete, we recommend sticking to the prescribed order as often as possible and only changing exercise orders when absolutely necessary.

If you need to change the order, you can do so by selecting the three dots on the right hand side and then hit move up or move down. 

These changes can be made for a single session or the rest of your cycle. In order to repeat the changes you can hit the box that says to repeat through rest of the cycle on the bottom left when making your changes.
